Refund & Cancellation Policy
This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all reservations made through https://hoteltrinity.in/ or directly with Hotel Trinity, operated by ARUNDWATI HOTELS AND RESORTS PRIVATE LIMITED.
1. Cancellation & Refunds
- Cancellations made 7 days or more before the scheduled check-in date are eligible for a 100% refund of the booking amount paid.
- Cancellations made 4 to 6 days before the scheduled check-in date are eligible for a 50% refund of the booking amount paid.
- Cancellations made less than 4 days before the scheduled check-in date, as well as no-shows and early departures, are not eligible for any refund.
2. Refund Processing
Approved refunds shall be processed and credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days, subject to the processing timelines of the respective bank or payment service provider.
